Who are we?
Rwenzori Association of Parents of Children with Disabilities (RAPCD) is a Community Based Organization located in Kasese District in the western Uganda. RAPCD advocates for a society where disabled children are accepted and have equal rights and opportunities as their peers. We work directly with children with disabilities, their families, and the communities where they reside.
